in some countries that are often far removed from

conventional leasing contracts. Moreover, customer

requirements too vary from one region to the next.

A key success factor in all countries is

the fast and efficient management of

leasing and rental agreements via the

GRENKE online portal. Tailored to our

partners’ requirements, this portal allows

them to quickly and easily calculate

customer quotes. Requests can be

sent directly over the network and

partners receive a response within

minutes. They can then simply print off

their customers’ contracts and get

them signed on the spot, saving time and hassle. We

also provide end-customers with a smart tool: a dedicated

customer portal offering a quick and secure

way to monitor and manage contracts. It delivers insight

into relevant data and agreements and allows

customers to edit details themselves when necessary.

In 2004, GRENKE launched its Direct Sales Activities and ever since, we have enjoyed closer contact with our end-customers. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, end-to-end support for small and mid-sized companies. We create custom financing models in line with customers’ specific needs. Because no two SMEs are the same, off-the-shelf solutions are rarely the answer. These businesses need tailored advice and assistance, and made-to-measure leasing and service concepts. At all our German locations, and an increasing number of European offices, this is the responsibility of a dedicated account manager. These professionals work hand-in-hand with our retail partners, ensuring that technology and financing

models are perfectly aligned.

 

Furthermore, as part of our Direct Sales model, we have extended our offering to include master lease

agreement. These innovative arrangements allow customers to lease small-ticket IT equipment, while

enjoying all the advantages of a major leasing contract. In consultation with their account manager,

they define an annual IT budget and benefit from preferential terms for each and every contract concluded.

They can choose from a wide variety of products, even small items, to lease on a

case-by-case basis during the agreed twelve-month term. The agreement

provides customers with the ultimate degree of flexibility. They decide where

and how much they want to spend during the contract term, in line with

IT and business needs. Term and contract provisions

can be defined individually for each item, again,

with all the benefits of the master lease agreement.

For car leasing and fleet management, GRENKE established

a franchise partnership with Kazenmaier

Fleetservice GmbH in 2006, an experienced player

with industry-specific expertise. This line of business

is geared to the needs of small and mid-sized

companies, providing vehicles of all makes and models.

Our tailored offerings and flexible solutions

make enterprises more mobile. An online portal features

comprehensive, efficient tools – so fleet managers

have access to up-to-date information on the

entire fleet. Customers can configure, price and

compare vehicles via a user-friendly interface, giving

them all the information they need to make the

right choices. Due to the fact that they have accurate

facts and figures at their fingertips, they save

time and resources while benefiting from a reliable

basis for decision-making.
