Voting rights

If the share of voting rights in GRENKELEASING AG reaches, exceeds or falls below a certain threshold (3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% or 75%), this must be reported to the company and the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) in accordance with the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
